DIRECTOR OF CREATIVE SERVICES

The Drake Company, an integrated corrugated packaging and display company, is seeking a highly talented, experienced, Director of Creative Services. This individual must have 8 - 10 years experience leading creative teams and have heavy POP retail experience.  This person will be the key resource for all creative ideation and direction for company.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 8 – 10 years as Creative Director.
• 8 – 10 years proven experience managing and leading creative teams.
• Disciplined graphic artist and illustrator.
• Experience in providing creative direction, overseeing and maintaining company website.
• Heavy POP retail experience.

 

Required Skills:

• Strong management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Artios CAD, 3-D Programs such Strata or Solid Works and Creative Suite 4(CS4).

 

Other Information:

• Degree, or education equivalent, in Graphic Design – Preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating extraordinary creative abilities.
• Marketing/Branding acumen essential
• Experience in corrugated packaging and the incorporation of alternative materials – preferred.
• Experience in working with Marketing or Advertising Agencies - preferred
